Hello, if you’re receiving this information you have demonstrated interest in becoming an official vendor in the 2019 Inc. Alley Artisan Flea Market season! We're excited to showcase a variety of talented artisans & creative business owners from our local community. Our goal is to provide an incubator experience for young startups through event-based experiences that include live music, beer, culinary creations and social gatherings. Proceeds from our vendor participants go towards the cost to produce the event as well as our non-profit, The Spirit of Greenville. This philanthropic organization “exists to help create public projects through fundraising that incorporate local artists and enhance the quality of life in Greenville.”

Our quarterly market currently includes the following 2019 date:

SATURDAY, November 23rd 2019

VENDOR SPACES:
10x10 spaces: $50 (per event)

6 outdoor spaces will be featured on the perimeter of the building in the parking lot, with an additional 6 spaces in the center garage area. Spaces will be chosen on a first come, first served basis, as applications are approved.

Each vendor will be responsible for their own table and tent. There will be no electricity offered.

YOUR FEE INCLUDES
One 10x10 space
Two drink tickets
$50 Donation to the Spirit of Greenville**

**The $50 donation to Spirit of Greenville can be a tax write-off for the vendor. A win-win!


RULES AND REGULATIONS

Vendors are held accountable for all of their items that they bring to the market. Inc. Alley and its affiliates will not assume any responsibility for any losses (injury or damage) during the event.

SET UP TIME/PARKING

Vendor set-up time is from 9:00-10:30 a.m. on day of the event. All vendors must be ready to go 30 minutes before the market starts (11 a.m.) We ask that you move your vehicles to the designated parking lot on Coffee St. prior to the market.

Vendors must remain present at their booths the entire duration of the event 11 A.M - 4 P.M.

BREAK DOWN TIME
All vendors will break down their booths at 4 p.m.

APPLICATION APPROVAL

Approved applicants will receive an e-mail letting them know they have been selected for the market along with a copy of the rules and regulations. Each accepted vendor must read and sign a copy of the rules and regulations prior to setup on the event day.

VENDOR FEE

Payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled market. $50 cash or check made payable to The Spirit of Greenville or you can securely make your payment through PayPal by clicking the button below.
